Can I choose the exact type of treats I will receive in my subscription box?
No, that's the beauty of our box where you get a monthly surprise! Rest assured, you won't be receiving the same brand / flavour all the time. In addition, you can opt-out of flavours you do not wish to receive.

What is SupawRewards?
SupawRewards is a reward system to thank loyal customers for supporting us. Sign up for our newsletter to be among the first to receive the latest updates on what is available on SupawRewards, offers and information about Supawbox.
How do I earn points?
You can earn 10 points for every $1 spent with us, which can be redeemed at our SupawRewards store. For example, if you spent $1.10, you will see 10 points in your account for that transaction. You can check how many points you've earned in your account page.
What can I redeem with the points earned?
You can redeem treats, toys, chews, etc at our SupawRewards store. In addition, from time to time, there will be limited edition rewards such as a 1-hour professional photoshoot, etc. Do remember to check our website for the latest promotion often. Alternatively, you can subscribe to our newsletter to be among the first to receive our latest promotions and updates.
When will my Supawbox delivery arrive?
Currently, all deliveries will arrive at your doorstep every 2nd or 4th weekend of the month. You will be able to choose your preferred week of delivery.
How do I track my Supawbox orders?
Login to your account and click on Subscriptions to see the status.
What should I do if my order was missing / damaged?

We will do our best to rectify the issue and replace the box as soon as possible.
Can I get cancel/change my subscription plan?
Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8780 8155 if you would like to make any changes to your ongoing subscription plans.

Supawbox Covid Delivery Measures
All delivery staff must submit their temperature 3 times a day (before, during and after each shift). Staffs are also trained and required to follow Covid-19 measures and practise proper sanitation before handling orders.
All products are individually sanitized before they are packed. In addition, we sanitize every delivery vehicle before they are dispatched.
Will my subscription automatically renew at the end of the term?
Only if you have opted for automatic renewal. If so, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of its term. Please contact us at +65 8780 8155 if you wish to unsubscribe.
Please note that all 3, 6 and 12 months subscriptions will be opted in for automatic renewable by default. All 1 month subscriptions will not be auto-renewed by default. You can change it at your account -> view subscription plans -> view details.
