Refund Policy
We care about you and your pets’ satisfaction, and want your pet’s healthy journey with us to be smooth and enjoyable!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchased product, you may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time with a $30 flat fee. Your subscription for the subsequent months will be cancelled after the $30 flat fee has been paid. Please understand that there is a cancellation fee as we have to procure the goods in advance.

For products purchased from our shop, customers are advised to check the products purchased at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All products have been checked for quantity and quality before being delivered from Supawbox. Subject to customer report made to Supawbox within 7 days of receipt of the product, Supawbox will exchange the product if:
- Product delivered is damaged or past its date of expiry
- Wrong product delivered
- Product has a manufacturer defect
All exchanges and/or refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt as proof of purchase from Supawbox.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unopened, tags untampered with and in the same condition as it was received by you. In the case where a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to not accept returns. You will be refunded in the form of store credit or you may do an exchange.
Supawbox shall not be further liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.
