Shipping Policy
1.1 Local Delivery
We currently offer free island-wide delivery in Singapore. All local orders will be delivered on the 2nd or 4th weekend of the month. You will be able to opt-in for your preferred delivery date.
1.2 Overseas Delivery
We only offer delivery in Singapore.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Transit Time Domestically
All domestic deliveries will be delivered by the 2nd or 4th Sunday of every month, depending on your opt-in preference.
2.2 Dispatch Time
Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery and/or shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
2.3 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
2.4 P.O. Box Shipping
Supawbox will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations. We will not be liable for any damaged, lost and/or missing product.
2.5 Product Out Of Stock
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to advice on the expected waiting time. We will also assist in making alternative arrangements if you are unable to wait for the out of stock product to arrive.
2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery of the product exceeds its delivery time, please contact us so that we are able to investigate and make the necessary arrangements.
2.7 Product Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel which is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
2.8 Product Lost In Transit
If you find a parcel which is lost in-transit, please contact our customer service for investigation. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
3. Return of Product
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Supawbox accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of product and its returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be in the form store credits for future purchase. Supawbox will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Customers will be notified via email after the store credits have been credited into their account.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Supawbox honors all valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days upon receipt of product. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of product, Supawbox will process your warranty claim within 5 working days.
Upon successful warranty claim, you will can choose to receive the refund in the following:
(i) Refund to your payment method
(ii) In the form of store credits
(iii) Replacement product delivered to you subject to availability of stock
4. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, Supawbox is able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to the refund policy for more details.
5. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
